Panta sandals are designed to last at least 1000 km or two summers. We’ve seen them last longer, and shorter too. Actual durability depends on many factors like the type of terrain you walk on (trail sandals wear faster on road), weight (body weight but also walking with a back pack will cause more wear), load pattern (walking will usually cause the heel to wear out first, for running it’s the ball of the foot, and sometimes outside of the foot when there is a rotation/torsion in your stride) and temperatures (faster wear in hot weather). We like to take a case by case approach so that we can learn from malfunctions and premature wear. Reach out to support@pantasandals.com if you feel there is a warranty related issue.

Shipping costs are included in the sandal price. We ship anywhere in Europe*.

* The European continent, so no overseas territories, and excluding Russia and Belarus.

We make most orders to order, so we produce them after you place the order. This typically takes 1-2 days. Shipping times differ from country to county. Below we have included indications based on our experience. They are average shipping times. Sometimes it will go faster, sometimes slower.

Orders from EU countries
All European Union orders include tax. So tax is included in the price for all countries except UK, Switzerland and Norway. The EU is a free trade zone and customs are not involved, nor do import duties apply. So our prices include everything and nothing is added.

Order from non-EU countries
For shipping addresses in Norway and Switzerland our prices are adjusted to exclude VAT (Value Added Tax). For Norwegian and Swiss customers VAT will be charged to you by your national customs office. They will also charge a processing fee. Expect about 20% on top of the price for VAT and processing. All-in-all you will pay roughly the same price as EU customers do, which includes VAT. For UK orders VAT is included and customs duties do not apply for orders under 135 GBP. 

Our return policy is that you get a full refund if you're not happy. We do ask that you return them in re-sellable condition and that you arrange and pay for the return shipping. Good thing is that our sandals ship in an envelope, it keeps shipping costs low. 

We don't get many returns because we've made size templates to help you get the right size. They're exact outlines of our sandals for you to print (select 100% or 'actual size' on your printer settings). They'll give you a good idea of the fit. Send us a couple of photos to support@pantasandals.com if you are in doubt about the size. We have become pretty good and giving size advice.

Please include the order number in the package or on the package, or just include the packing slip. If you need to fill in customs information (UK, Swiss and Norwegian customers), please mark the package as a 'returned goods'.
